Privacy notice
This notice explains what personal data we collect through this website, why, who we share it with, how long we keep it and how you can use your rights.
Who we are
Kandukuri AgriGroup LLP (LLPIN ACR-4135) decides why and how your personal data is used. Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) we are the data fiduciary; under the UK GDPR and the EU GDPR we are the controller.
Registered in India. Email: business@agrigroup.online.
What we collect
- What you type into the inquiry form: name, company, email, phone, country, inquiry type, volume, port and message.
- Your consent record: that you ticked the box, the notice version you agreed to, the date and time, and the page you sent the form from.
- A security check result from Cloudflare Turnstile, used to stop automated spam.
- A one-way salted hash of your IP address, used only to limit abuse. We never store your raw IP address.
- What you send us by email, phone or WhatsApp.
We do not run analytics or advertising scripts on this site, and we do not sell your data.
Why we use it
- To answer your inquiry and prepare a quote you asked for.
- To keep records of trade conversations and orders as the law requires.
- To protect the form from spam and abuse.
We do not use form details for marketing. Under the DPDP Act we rely on your consent. Under the UK and EU GDPR we rely on your consent and on steps you asked us to take before a possible contract.
After you send the form we email you an automatic receipt. It confirms we have your inquiry and does not repeat your message.
Who we share it with
Only these service providers, who process data for us under contract:
- Vercel: hosts this website.
- Cloudflare: runs the inquiry API, the database that stores inquiries, and the Turnstile security check.
- Resend: delivers our emails.
These providers may process data outside India, the UK or the EU, including in the United States. Where UK or EU data leaves those areas, we rely on the safeguards the provider offers, such as standard contractual clauses. We may also share data where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries for 24 months from the date you send them, then delete them. If an inquiry becomes an order, we keep the trade records for as long as Indian tax and export law requires.
Your rights
Under the DPDP Act you can ask for a summary of your data and who it was shared with, ask us to correct, complete or erase it, withdraw consent at any time, nominate someone to act for you, and complain to us first and then to the Data Protection Board of India.
Under the UK or EU GDPR you can also ask us to restrict or stop using your data, object to its use, and receive a copy in a portable format. You can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) or to the data protection authority in your EU country.
To use any of these rights, email business@agrigroup.online with the subject "Privacy". We reply within 30 days. Withdrawing consent does not affect what we did before, but we will stop using the data and delete it unless the law says we must keep it.
Grievances
Send privacy questions and complaints to business@agrigroup.online.
Children
This site is for businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
Security and breaches
Only people at the LLP who need inquiry data to answer you can see it. If a breach affects your data, we will tell you and the authorities as the law requires.
Changes
If we change this notice we will update the version date at the top. The version you agreed to is stored with your inquiry.
